This new funding brings total EU humanitarian funding in Ethiopia to \u20ac82.5 million and \u20ac15,5 million in Kenya respectively so far in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner for Crisis Management, Janez Lenar\u010di\u010d, said: \u201cAgainst the backdrop of humanitarian needs in Ethiopia and Kenya, the EU has mobilised this additional funding to continue supporting humanitarian organisations in these countries scale up their emergency, life-saving assistance to the people in need.
