The packaging, approved for individual kiwi packs, consists of a cartonboard tray from Smurfit Westrock and a linerless Fruit Lid, together forming a solution known as &#8216;ProProduce&#8217; by ProPrint Group. This initiative is designed to eliminate the need for plastic flow wraps and is kerbside recyclable.<\/p>\n<p>This packaging solution not only aims to increase on-shelf appeal and facilitate recycling but also supports the circular economy by cutting down on carbon footprint. It marks Tesco&#8217;s first shift to branded kiwi products in-store, supported by various trade marketing strategies.
