Co-founder Sian Sutherland said the goal of fossil fuel giants and \u2018big plastic\u2019 was to secure a weak treaty at the fifth round of negotiations in Busan last week.<\/p>\n<p>The UN failed in its aim to secure a treaty to end plastic pollution before the end of the year, due to persistent disagreements between country blocs, notably over production caps.
