These projects are designed to help Member States address key reforms that will strengthen the EU&#8217;s resilience, competitiveness, and improve the lives of citizens. A significant portion \u2013 two-thirds \u2013 are aligned with the EU&#8217;s 15 flagship initiatives, which focus on common reform needs, including improving public administration, fostering a better business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and preparing energy systems for the green and digital transitions.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most notable efforts, the TSI will support 109 reforms to improve the business environment, enhance innovation, build a net-zero economy, and promote economic security across the Union. Notably, 38 reforms will assist 22 Member States in reducing administrative burdens for SMEs, boosting start-ups, and fostering productivity, resilience, and competitiveness. In the realm of digital transformation, the TSI is also backing over 130 reforms with a strong emphasis on AI and innovative technologies. A standout project, \u2018FutureProof Education&#8217;, will guide schools in Germany, Sweden, and Ireland in integrating AI responsibly while equipping students with AI literacy.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration among Member States is also a key focus, with 40 multi-country projects tackling shared challenges through peer learning and the exchange of best practices. For example, 14 Member States are working together to modernize EU tax and customs procedures, aiming to simplify processes and reduce burdens for SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>In total, 119 reforms will strengthen public administrations across the EU, helping them address future challenges while promoting digital transformation, bridging skills gaps, and supporting the green transition.
