Now, Kenya is ready to take this partnership even further.<\/p>\n<p>The chemical waste issues around the world require innovate ways to solve them, and Kenya is no exception. With chemicals being an integral part of the economy\u2019s growth, the problems need to be addressed sustainably in a way that ensures a win-win for all\u2014industry, academia, civil society, and the people of Kenya. The project will enhance the existing Environmental Management and Coordination regulation, promoting eco-friendly product designs, cleaner production processes, and initiatives like \u201ctake back\u201d schemes. This will strike a balance between economic development and safeguarding environmental and health interests associated with chemicals. Educational materials geared toward the public will also be created and shared across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, Kenya will be poised to effectively navigate the intricate intersection of progress and preservation.
